After the download is complete, find the LeapFrog Connect installer on your computer and double-click to open. If you're using a Mac, download the installer to your computer. Click run again, when asked whether you want to run the software. if you're using a PC, click the run option when you are asked whether you want to run or save the file. On the My Pals customer support page, select the LeapFrog Connect download for your operating system, PC or Mac. Please note that you must be connected to the internet to download LeapFrog Connect. This will take you to the My Pals Scout and Violet customer support page. If you haven't already downloaded the application, go to /support, and click on My Pals Scout and Violet. You can then easily download your child's name, their favorite food, animal, color, and music! And create a LeapFrog Learning Path, to see the skills and activities your child is exploring. To customize My Pals Scout and Violet, you first need to download and install the LeapFrog Connect Application on your computer.
